Having made the decision to knock down their tired old home, Matt and Kate engaged S.E.Q to undertake the rebuild of their new Dream House.  Local architect Herwig Hartl designed the new home and Katie Sargent Interiors took care of the interior design concept and selections. 

In 2019 SEQ Construction Group won the Master Builders Award for Renovations over $1 million.
